Not knowing what it was, he watched the videotape that was marked "The DEVIL'S EXPERIMENT." The film forever changed his life. A deranged scientist's sister is slowly dying from a genetic heart disease. Dr. Karazawa is willing to bend the laws of reality and break the laws of man to save her. A stranger enters into the picture with all of the answers he needs and a "GUINEA PIG" is offered to the good doctor to further his experiments in exchange for millions of dollars. Dr. Karazawa not only accepts his generous offer but takes more then the extortionist has bargained for. He then creates the "ANDROID OF NOTRE DAME" and all of mankind will never be the same.
